First Haul Post! Avon Cosmetics

Part of the reason I wanted to start a blog was my addiction to Haul posts! I ADORE Haul posts, I honestly can't get enough of them, and I'm so excited to start doing them myself!
My first haul is an Avon Haul.
I'm an Avon Representative, and I genuinely love nearly all of their products - the majority of the makeup and skincare I use on a daily basis is from Avon, which you'll see when I finally get around to posting a What's In My Makeup Bag post lol!

This month's haul is pretty small, as I said in my update post I'm expecting a baby just after Christmas and it turns out they're pretty expensive lol!
I had to treat myself though, and will review everything I buy at a later stage :)
A few items in this haul have been discontinued but I plan to find similar products and compare them.

The first item I ordered was the Skin So Soft Tissue Oil .
I got this in the bonus size (250ml) which retailed at £10 (£6 on sale) but has since been discontinued.
You can still get it in the 150ml size though for £8 (or £4 on sale).
I thought I'd get it to try as I usually pay around £6 for 60ml of Bio Oil, which is considerably more expensive.
I use quite a bit of Bio Oil, as a body oil for after the bath, and for my scars. I've had a few heart surgeries and as a result have been left with some scarring on my chest, abdomen and back, so I use quite a bit of oil! I also use body oil with my Fetal Doppler instead of a gel, as I find it moisturizes the skin on my stomach better and works just as well as a gel, if not better!

The next item I ordered was the ANEW Clinical Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum.
I think this product is also being discontinued, but I seriously hope not as I've heard such good reviews about it!
It's supposed to make your skin look brighter and more even, which is what I'm hoping for!
Although I'm only 23, I have some areas on my face with particularly uneven skin and scarring, and all these lovely pregnancy hormones have made patches of my skin noticeably darker, so I have high hopes for this!
This usually retails at £29 for 30ml but I got it for significantly less in a deal from the rep brochure.

Next, the Clearskin Pore Penetrating Clay Mask.
This is a frequent buy of mine, and one of my Holy Grail skincare products! I absolutely adore this! Once again Avon are discontinuing it (Ugh, Avon, why?!) so I've stocked up on a few tubes of it while I still can, and I honestly do not know what I'm going to do without it!
This was usually in the brochure for £3.50 for 75ml but often came on sale (which is when I'd usually buy in bulk).
I use it as both a spot treatment and a face mask and use it three or four times a week so I'm hoping Avon release a similar product very soon!

Finally! A product that hasn't been discontinued lol
This is the Avon Glow Shake and Go Bronzer and it comes in two shades, Light and Medium. I got it in Medium because even though I'm usually quite pale I plan to use this mainly for contouring!  I haven't swatched it yet, I'll do that in the full review, but it doesn't look too dark so I'm hoping its a good match!
This usually retails at £11 (£6 on sale) but I got it for only £2.50 as part of an offer in the last brochure! I've been dying to try it for ages so I was chuffed it was so cheap!
The only thing I will say which I noticed immediately is that the brush doesn't retract, so trying to get the lid back on can be a bit fiddly - I managed though and can't wait to try it out!

Next is the Solutions Hydra Radiance Replenishing Night Cream. Despite being an Avon rep for over a year I've actually never tried the Solutions range!
I pride myself in trying most of their products (after all you can't sell what you don't know!) but this is the first item out of the Solutions range I've ever bought, so I'm looking forward to seeing if it lives up to my expectations!
I'm in desperate need of a night cream at the moment and as this was on sale at £2.50 for 50ml (usually £7.50 full price though I often see it for around £4.50 on sale) I thought I'd give it a go. Pregnancy is playing havoc with my skin so I'm hoping a good night cream will help it a bit.

My last item in the haul was something I've had my eye on for a long time. This is the Supershock Vivid Liquid Eyshadow, and in the shade Platinum Ice. It was £3 on sale but usually retails at £6 full price, and is available in seven different shades.
I LOVE the Supershock Mascara and Supershock Gel Eyeliner, they're the items I most recommend to my customers, I really cannot get enough of them! I even give them as gifts and almost always receive an order for another! Which is why, even though I hate most liquid and cream shadows with a passion, I'm going to give this a try. I'll do a swatch in the review, and incorporate the shade into a look, to see how difficult it really is to use, so I shall update you all soon!

And that's my wee haul! I apologise for the quality of the photos, I was taking them in the nursery with my phone as I mislaid my camera while we were moving and still haven't found it yet!
I plan to do reviews on all the items I bought sometime in the near future. If there's a specific Avon product you'd like me to review, leave a comment below and I'll do my best!
