Hair Care Review: Kérastase Resistance Ciment Anti-Usure Conditioner

If there was ever a Holy Grail product for my hair, this baby is it.

I LOVE this conditioner.

Kérastase markets this as a "Strengthening anti-breakage conditioner for damaged lengths and ends" that

  • "Strengthens the feel of damaged, brittle hair", and after using it for so long I really have to agree.
  • I have not found another conditioner that leaves my hair feeling so soft and manageable, even after all the bleaching and dying I've done to it.
It really is a miracle worker, and at £20.50 direct from
Kérastase for 200ml, is well worth the price.

  • My ONLY issue with this product is the packaging. It comes in a gorgeous colour (a colour I've also had in my hair lol) and smells like heaven. But when I last purchased it, it came in this plastic tube, which is seriously hard to squeeze. So when you get to the very last bit of product, it's a fight to get it out, and I have broken a nail or two before attempting to get as much out as possible!

  • I would have much preferred it in a squeezy tube, so imagine to my delight when I went to write this review that the image now on the Kérastase website just happens to be exactly that.
  • This wonderful miracle worker in an equally wonderful squeezy tube!

  • Ladies and gentlemen, and all those who are neither, today is a fantastic day. ^__^

  • Now, I have been using this product along with the Kérastase Reflection Bain Chroma Captive Shampoo (review here), and together they have saved my hair. I cannot put into words just how much healthier this conditioner has helped my hair feel. Nothing compares to this conditioner, and I've tried a LOT of conditioners.
It smells divine, it works and it leaves my hair feeling awesome.

  • Would I recommend this?
  • Yes. Yes. Yes. A thousand times over.
It's expensive, but the results it gives are more than worth it.
For those of you who haven't yet discovered this little genius, you're in for a treat!

Know any other Kérastase miracle workers? Feel free to let me know!
  • Until next time,

  • Sarah x
